01
Resolve residential details before procurement
Coordinate structure, façades, waterproofing and building services with interior requirements. Confirm long-lead selections and dimensions before orders are released, especially where owner decisions influence several trades at once.
02
Connect units with external works
A finished unit may still depend on roads, drainage, landscape works and service connections. Include these interfaces in the programme and inspection plan. For phased communities, agree how residents and construction traffic will use the site during later phases.
03
Control variations and close-out
Maintain a record of approved changes and their effect on quantities, cash flow and completion. Group snagging and testing records by handover area so unresolved work can be assigned and checked without losing sight of the overall contract scope.
