01
Use repeatable details without losing control
Agree typical unit or guestroom information before repeating it across the project. Review mock-up decisions and changes against architecture, structure and MEP together. A small unresolved detail can affect many units when procurement and installation proceed in parallel.
02
Bring operator inputs into procurement
For hospitality, confirm the boundaries between building works, operator equipment and furniture packages. For residential schemes, identify owner selections and sales commitments that affect specification. Schedule decisions around the lead times of the actual packages.
03
Define handover by intended use
Residential unit release, hotel opening and common-area completion may follow different sequences. Track testing, defects and operational information for each area. If construction continues after partial occupation, review access and service continuity with the operating team.
